‘You were seen. We selected you.’

An immersive theatrical one-on-one experience through the hallways of De Nieuwe Vorst in Tilburg.

Devised as part of local theatre De Nieuwe Vorst’s campaign to increase young adults’ engagement with their main house shows, ‘SELECT’ was an experience designed to be exclusive. Built on mysterious marketing, audiences could only get a ticket by solving intriguing puzzles on Instagram. What followed, was a secret invite to a cult-like underground ceremony that would allow them to feel seen and become a part of our special club. This would require us to, yes, replace their identities, but we’d give them everlasting calm and quiet in return.

Ultimately dystopian, wildly personal and absurdist, ‘SELECT’ is an experience about the simultaneous desire to belong, and to be independent and unique.
